Hi Debbie - I am not sure by what you mean "getting started". If you decide it is time to get a divorce my suggestion to you is to make sure your financial paperwork is in order and documented. You need to get an attorney to help protect your interest. I truly believe the hardest part is actually starting the process. Protect yourself is the best advice I would give anyone. If you need anything you let me know - I cannot believe all I learned through my divorce and if I knew then what I knew now I would have done things a bit differently.
