I would think you would have to be the one who changes your name doesn't matter annulment or not. It is a legal thing. I have written in my divorce papers I can change my name back to my maiden name if I want. For now I want to keep my married name only because I want the same last name as my kids. I might change later I am not sure really what does it matter. Do what you want.
