I was wondering if anyone knows the laws on court jurisdiction?
If my stbx moves to another state and I live in a completely different county than the original divorce/custody was filed. Can I move all to the county I live in or does it stay in the original county?

Normally it has to be moved unless the other party agrees that it can stay.
