My husband's hearing for spousal support was rescheduled, just received the notice in the mail. It kills me that he ruined our happy marriage by his horrid behavior, was fired from his job for sexual harassment, sexually harrassed my daughter, his STEPDAUGHTER, whom he helped raise, and feels that I should support him. What is wrong with the law here. It is so maddening. My lawyer filed a fault clause in the divorce complaint. He is also forcing me into counseling. Unbelievable!!!!!! One good thing, the judge usually awards the person asking for counseling 3 sessions. She is only making me go to one. But that is one too many, i can't imagine listening to his excuses and justifications for an hour.
