Most likely no, you are considered te absent parent and if it is determined that he will have cusotdy then you will be ordered to pay child support. Child support will be based on his income and your income combined and then only the percentage of that income that is yours. Most states have on-line child support calculators that are easy to use and could help you determine how much you may have to pay in child support. The good news is you are only going to be respspnsible to pay child support for a percentage of what it takes to raise the child and this percentage is based on your percentage of the total income.
If you have tow other children and they are his (the same ex as the daughter) he will still have to pay his percent for thier suppoort, if they belong to someone else than the court does not consider these children inthechild support calculation unless there are very rare issues (handicap, special needs).
