In my divorce decree it states that my ex husband must refi by the end of this yr. I know for a fact he can not refi on his own. And know he has not been trying to, I just found out he is remarried. Would I have grounds to ask the court for him to refi with his new wife? I have an appointment with my lawyer next week and wanted to know if this is something I should bring up with her, the fact that he has remarried and could we push that.
