To all men, please note this is a support group for women from women. Many of us are still very hurt. I did a google search for men's divorce support and several sites came up. Maybe you can read that, maybe you are victim of a common practice. I don't know. It is hard for most of us right now to trust men, so if you truly need help and support, maybe this site can give you what you need. Good luck and peace to ALL of us.
I agree with Strongspirit. I think men may not be best served here but should seek support elsewhere. This is a place for women to be able to talk and talk freely. And too I am suspicious of men who post here because in the past it appears some wanted to use this site as a dating site which is not right. If you want to meet someone on a dating site, then be honest enought to aknowledge that and pay to do this and leave people who are hurting and vulnerable alone. I would advise anyone to be very careful giving out personal information to anyone and to not take everyone at face value.
And I am not the "sam" addressed in Strongspirit's post either. I am the mean one who knows there is life after divorce and that divorce makes you pretty. Cheer up girls--your life most likely will be better than ever soon once you figure out he was not that great to begin with. You just thought he was wonderful because you loved him. Things will get better. I promise.
