You cannot prevent him from filing divorce in Texas if he meets the residency requirements under Texas law. See the link.

To file in Texas, he has to have lived in Texas 6 months and in a particular county for 90 days. If he has not lived there that long, the case will be dismissed and he would be forced to file in KY. If he has lived there that long, you can't stop him.

Also, in Texas, alimony is limited to a statutory maximum of 3 years. If he succeeds in filing in Texas, you will need to plan on supporting yourself quickly.
