I want to know if there is a law that says I can still get a divorce without a signature from the husband evern if 2 years have passed. I have already filed.

It depends on the State. Google the laws in your State. In PA. if a divorce is contested, there is a 2 yr. wait period. After 2 years the divorce is then granted without the need for a signature.

That is what I am waiting for....only 7 more months to go. UGH, my ex is living with another woman ( THE other woman) and still won't sign papers.
