What are my rights? I mean just in case I am getting the divorce papers? Do he still have to support me after divorce? I mean right now I am not getting any money anhow.. and he is telling me that I will not get anything after the divorce anyhow...

Are you a German citizen or a U.S. citizen? Is he in the military? If you are a German citizen, have you obtained a green card/immigrant visa/resident alien card?

I think that if you have a resident card, not to mention the job license that it would be considered US. With your ex being military you WILL receive a % of his base pay. That is standard with military divorces. well it was a few years ago anyhow.
