Actually, my stbx wanted to do something similar with our home. I did not agree to this arrangement because so many things could go wrong and I could have really gotten the short end of the stick. I talked to 3 different attorneys that were skeptical as to whether a judge would accept this arrangement. However, Jerk's attorney was willing to give it a try. Wishy-washy answer, I know, but it's a mucky area. Good luck.
