I have results from the temp hearing, the judge set a child support amount, finally some finacial stability. Is the amount the judge decided from that time on or can I get back child cupport from the time he left? I think he should be held accountable for supporting our children and want to make sure I have all the information I need. Any knowledge, sugestions?

It can be set back. It all depends on how it is written up. In our temporary stipulation he paid the back mortgage, then started paying child support from the point of the meeting. We had to be realistice with how much he could actually come up with.
