I am having a problem with the Parenting Plan that he came up with.... he is not following it. This is a temp plan, but I hear that is usually turns into the final plan. Any suggestions on how to handle it so when it comes to setting the final plan these things should be changed?

In the state where I live, each parent must file a parenting plan, then meet with a case manager together or separately to determine the final plan. You might want to call your family court and see what is required of you - if your ex or stbx is making things difficult with his version of the parenting plan, you should call ASAP.
