about filing the divorce that has been notarized since last march 2010
hi i have a question...i was married in the philippines and sent the divorce paper in the philippines last year of march 2010...so it was already notarized here last march 2010 but it took time from my ex husband to return it to me..i just got the paper last week ....my question is i notarized it here last 2010 of march before sending it to the philippines ..is there an expiration date of notarization..if it was notarized last year is it still valid and can i still file it to the court? its been one year next month since i was notarized it here...and i dont know if i can still file it...hope to hear any answer from anyone i really need your advice...thank you

I am not sure if the date expires or not, but all you have to do is look up or google the number of the courthouse in your area and the court clerk could answer that for you over the phone....it is a general question.
