I agree.. my lawyer charged me 45 dollars everytime I was sent a letter for something I already knew....I disputed it...and the whole consulting with the other lawyer in a black-and-white case with solid evidence...just doesn't make sense..
I was lucky in getting a lawyer who didn't charge for every phone call. In fact, she didn't charge me for half of the calls between lawyers and none of the calls between her and me. Her price was lower than any others around here and I'd recommend her in a heartbeat! She was great to work with as well.
