Just a little giggle from me
My stbx has been hounding me to sign some paper about the appraiser he has found to appraise the house. All weekend he has called. He called twice today while I was at work. "If you could just please let me know so I can get the ball rolling" I have yet to call him back I figure let him see how it feels to be completely ignored when you want something. I did it for 11 years. Then for the last two years I have been asking him to sign the divorce papers. Now because GF wants to get married he wants to work with me?!
I was the one who just wanted out. I didn't want a thing from him but his John Hancock on the divorce papers. Told him to keep the house, keep everything, I just wanted OUT. He refused, took me to court time and time again over stupid custody issues. He refused to sign saying I never filed them. Gf wants married so now he wants to get out. I have since racked up tons of lawyer fees that I have to pay so I decided I deserve the money. Now he wants to give me what I want (money and John Handcock) It just makes me laugh that now he is the one who wants free and I am gonna hang on to this until the courts force me to let go

It makes me smile when I think about it. Can't help it. GF set a wedding date for July 21. Idiot.

Oh, I am so sure things won't be done by then

Life can be so hectic cant it.....it can take forever to get round to all those niggly little jobs that need doing.

Heres hoping the flowers and catering have been paid for, or at least a deposit

Well being that he can't do anything until May 23, 2011 then he has to file for a hearing, then a hearing date has to be set which as we all know takes at least a month..then there's that little thing called rescheduling due to lets say medical testing or attorney busy and can't come. Another month before the hearing and there is the whole time frame of signing the papers, him paying me my half of his retirement and the house. It could take some time
I do hope the send me an invite so I don't have to take on the role of "Wedding Crasher"

But GF claimed the role "trash" years ago anyhow
