My husband was the petitioner in the divorce action we live in different states i wrote the judge waiving my right to appear but requested division of martial property and all my things prior to the marriage. now he refuses to sign the papers..how can i get the divorce when I can't drive 650 miles to appear in court?

Hopefully it doesn't harm you not being in court. Do you have a lawyer? If not go see one ASAP.
