Hi, I need advice, cant afford a lawyer.After 27years, my divorce was final in feb 2010. He makes 65.00 a hour, I make under 10. In my decree of Divorce it is stated that he is to pay the second mortgage. The loan is only in his name. It went into default summer of 2010 because he wasn't paying. The loan has now gone into default again.
Also, It is stated in divorce that he pays any liens against the house. There is a lien on the house for taxes he didnt pay to the state of Idaho in 2006-2007 for over eleven thousand.

Can I file contempt or violation of final divorce decree to the court? If so, how do I go about doing that?

You can find the documents to file breach of contact, online. Do searches (google) then see what you may need to do, forms are online, free, you can file.
It is usually better to have attorney, can you get one pro bono or through your state legal aid?

There is legal aid available through womens and childrens alliance, but there is quite a wait. Worth a try, though
