Should I tell my lawyer

Hello ladies I hope you all enjoyed your Mothers Day.

So I have a lawyer now and I am debating whether I should tell him whether my husbands watches porn while looking after our child. The other morning my son wants to go onto Nick Jr. and when the web browser opens up there is a woman there lying naked...let's just say very explicit. My husband thinks that he is mister untouchable and says that I am irrational and emotional. My question is when do we know we are not thinking with emotions. He does not care if I have to go live in a cardboard box why should I not fight to the depths to make sure my son gets what he deserves as well as me..

Re: Should I tell my lawyer

Yes tell your lawyer. If your child is still young enough to be watching Nick Jr. he should NOT be seeing nude women on TV.

Re: Should I tell my lawyer

Absolutely. If ex wants to entertain himself with porn thats fine, but he needs to be being discreet for petes sakes! Thats just common sense when you have little ones around.

I would say something. Your child seeing porn is a big thing.

Re: Should I tell my lawyer

Yes the day that it happened I quickly addressed it.

Re: Should I tell my lawyer

What your husband does on his own time is his own cross to bare, but when the kids are around or have access to sensitive material like that, it's not right. Just like you wouldn't leave adult magazines or videos lying around in the house, he needs to ensure that the kids will not have access to pornography on the computer if he/you allows them to use the computer. I would tell your lawyer and ask your husband to ensure that he puts parental controls or closes out browsers after he is finished doing whatever it is he id doing.

I wouldn't call you emotional, at least not when it comes to young children and pornography.
