Yea, we went to mediation...We knew when we both walked in we wouldn't agree...He stormed out and then stormed back in yelling wanting to know why I had to stay there. The lady said because you left in an uproar and angry so we think it's in her best interest to be escorted to her car. He started yelling saying that I didn't need an escort so then they MADE him stay there so I could leave peacefully. It was crazy...
Actually everyone is in counseling...my 9 y/o goes everyt other week and then my ex and I go to learn how to get along...doesn't seem to work too well...lol but I'm still trying...
My biggest issue is that I'm scared the judge will keep things the same...I know he won't give the kids to him but I'm afraid of keeping things the same...
