We were married for 9 months, our divorce was filed in Nevada but our last home was in Florida. The divorce was by default, now he wants all the furniture that he left at home, he said everything belongs to him, since be have a Pre-Nup. I am Argentine and l came here to married with him. I dont have money for lawyers, how long should l keep the assets to avoid any other complication, he is threatened me to go again in Cout. l have to move from my house to another,and l dont want some of the furniture.
