Hello i am a married woman in ohio..or am i?...i am wanting to to divorce my husband...but i dont even know it we were ever married...i was looking at my marriage liscense...and he signed behind his signature...without prejudice 1-207...whats that even mean...is it a binding contract..were we ever married...i need help understanding this...any help would be greatly appreciated
