Well, I not only am going through this Divorce but my Brother In-Law has my registered firearm. We switched about 4 months ago. Now I am concerned that I did a foolish thing. I called him and asked very politely to exchange guns back. My Husband lives with him and was just served papers on Oct. 27. I sure HOPE TO GOD that this does not make matters worse. His brother is very sneaky and coniving. I never know what is up is sleeve. I am sure that he was part of us getting a divorce. He is single, and I have HEARD words come out of my husbands mouth saying that his "Brother" does not want anyone bossing him around or telling him what he can or can not do. Plus I am sure he told my husband that if he moved in together my husband can have his money to himself. I really want my firearm back. It is registered in MY NAME. GOING CRAZY IN FLORIDA ! IS IT THE WATER HERE OR WHAT? Sorry about spelling it has been a long time since High School. ANYONE FROM FLORIDA ON THIS SITE?
