My daughter had mediation with her husband last week and it did not go well. After the mediation, my daughter's attorney said the mediator told him that my daughter's husband( a divorce attorney himself) made her feel uncomfortable and intimidated with his demands. He got out of there agreeing to pay $800.00 a month in support for 2 children. He does have $800,000 plus in debt that he has racked up during the 6 year marriage that he will keep. Should the mediation have been halted once the mediator felt intimidated?

I would ask for a more experienced mediator, one that has handled someone like your husband.
