Me and my so to be ex husband are not legally separated but are living apart and are filing for divorce Monday (hopefully) he has all the money so it depends on if he chooses to pay for it...
I’m currently living with a friend with my two small children and currently have no income, do not have any child support and have no access to my soon to be ex husbands bank account.
Of course today is a weekend but I have no money for anything and the friend I am living with is trying their best to help me but can’t afford it.
