To keep from freaking out or responding to triggers?

Do you remain silent and let your attorney say everything?

I joined a low cost indoor swim place to help pass the time and deal with the stress - met a few nice people, too. The hardest part is waiting for the divorce to become final - takes about a year - he filed after 21 yrs. when our daughter grew up - was just waiting for a long time to do that - Judge wasn't amused.

Thanks, Laura. I am doing some new things to combat stress. A year, really? Ugh. I want to be done with him now. Not just stress for me but also for my adult children. He could have done a collaborative divorce, less stress, less money, sooner, but he decided to be adversarial.
