Can my 10 year ex partner father of my 4 children take away my van that is under his name?
So me and my ex partner father of my 4 children separated and i have my van he gave to me but its under his name, can i win it over? And have a judge order him to sign it of to me?

if the van was bought during the marriage then it below to the both of you. if you guys have 2 vehicle for the size of your family you need to ask the judge & tell you lawyer that you want to keep the van & he can keep the other vehicle. otherwise how are you going to provide transportation for the children. I was in the same situation but im in Oklahoma...hope this help good luck!

I would definitely have a lawyer review the situation if the vehicle is in the man's name, not yours.

If you have a way to start fresh and get one in your own name, even if used, you will probably be much better off in the long run.
