If you are granted sole physical and legal custody, your ex cannot do that. If you have some type of shared agreement, then you will check with either the court, or your lawyer.
Sarah: It sounds like your ex wants your son to live with him and attend school near him possibly because he doesn't want to pay child support and/or he doesn't like the school where the child is now (if in school yet). See a Lawyer ASAP.
