My husband had a year and a half long affair in my house with a tenant renting a room from us. He didn't want to save the marriage after 23 yrs so it . is ending in divorce. The problem is his pension is only 60 thousand to my 200+ thousand retirement/ pension and he wants half too leach off my retirement with this women. Is there ANY way to at least keep him from the entire 50 %? Someone told me if you end up on disability retirement/ pension they can't touch a disability account?? I am just asking because I am have been heading in that direction as it is with medical issues.
