Hello I had a quick question. Done mediation this summer . The father has standard visitation for Oklahoma. I'll attached the paper but this Monday started fall break which is my holiday in the court docket. Well his regular visitation is supposed to be this Friday at 6pm but it's fall break . I've asked my lawyer and he's not completely sure and think that I'm correct in this matter. Our paper say that if a holiday is in place regular visitation is thrown out. But I asking around because I don't want to be wrong. Usually the past schools calendar included breaks in the weekend but not this one. So his father is throwing a fit bc I think it's fall break until school resumes Monday and he would get following weekend since regular visitation was affected.

So my question is should I
Take him tonight even though it's my break
Or he gets next weekend

I have called around and some lawyers have told me my lawyer should know and been rude About it . My lawyer says it's my decision. So I don't know what to do
