I came home from a Christmas shopping trip on Sunday to my husband telling me he’s ending our 18yr marriage. I have two grown up kids that don’t live at home and he has a daughter.
We were in a bad place this time last year (because he was texting someone else sexy texts) but we’ve both tried this year.
I think the other woman is back on the scene but he denies it and says it’s because he doesn’t get along with my daughter and misses us all being a family.
I want the house sold ASAP but he wants me to go rent until the mortgage finishes in 6yrs and we both get more money out of it.
I don’t know what to do...

Go see an attorney. He wants you to go rent???? Sounds like my ex. He made me live in the basement while he sits upstairs living like a king in the house and he divorced me.
