Question the court ordered the house to be mine , but I'm not on the loan . What does that mean for me ?

I was just in the same situation. I was told to get a quick claim deed to remove him from the title , have him sign over the title only to you and you continue to pay the mortgage or you can assume the loan or refinance the loan into your name alone.
