How does it work to have custody split 50/50 and one parent moves an hour away therefore putting them in a different school district.. is there ways to make this work?
I was always under the understanding that if one parent moved and the custody schedule was equal that the kids would stay in their existing school district and it would be on the moving parent to get them to and from their existing school. Since it was their choice to move, the other parent (assuming they are still in the school district) shouldn't be impacted.
