Hey guys can anyone please help answer this question for me
My husband is really abusive and I want to leave.
However the house we live in is under my name not his.
If I were to leave , he won’t pay the mortgage payments and ruin my credit on purpose and I can’t afford to run away wirh kids and pay the mortgage payments and for a place for us to stay.
What options do I have?
Does anyone have any tips on how I can get him to leave.?
He is extremely abusive and controlling and I can’t take it anymore :(
Just today he tried to shove the kids sunscreen bottle down my throat and I’m in so much pain .

Can you file an order of protection and then file for a divorce?
I would call your mortgage company and see about what’s call the harp loan to be able to show an extreme change in circumstance and see if they can refinance you to lower payments.
