Has anyone in the state of Florida had any success with having a prenup thrown out? I’m 61 and will be married 10 years in March. He holds the prenup document and refuses to let me look at it. The attorney who drew it up no longer practices and says she destroyed all past paperwork. It was not recorded at the courthouse.
