My exH and I separated and divorced by the time our child was 20 months old. He saw our LO around 38 months, and again at age 6. For the first 3 years he would call and talk about himself for an hour every 3-4 months. He has never paid child support, or sent a gift. He dissapeared about 2 years ago and reappeared back in November. He is now remarried with a stepchild. I dont where he lives or what he does other than he is in the military. He suddenly wants "LO for an extended period of time" and will "take me to court if necessary". I live out of state And cant afford to go to cort.I know bbn i haven't done anything wrong, and he is practically a stranger to LO.
