Do you need emotional support or help?

Hi ladies! My name is Lindsay. My divorce was final almost exactly 3 years ago. I've come a long way. I am now remarried and we have a combined family of 8 kids. I completely understand the pain, sadness, and frustration you are going through.

I am now a relationship coach and work with women to support them through divorce and other hard things in life. I've coached a few women from this site and I am always looking to find women who might need my help.

My heart goes out to every single person on here. Divorce is debilitating at times, but there is light that comes after.

Re: Do you need emotional support or help?

Divorce is so very hard. My estranged husband stated that he doesn't want to be married to me anymore on December 28th but that he wants us to live together for the next year while I finish graduate school so he doesn't have to pay out the butt for alimony, child support, and attorney fees. It's so hard because I feel like I still love him but then again, I think that he planned this out.

Re: Do you need emotional support or help?

Vicky,my husband of 16 years left suddenly 4 months ago. I was beyond hurt angry sad! I'm in my mid 50s. He is my best friend and I love him. But he it turns out has never loved me the same way! I am 90 percent certain he prefers men! I have after 4 very hard and lonely months begun to realize that I need to accept that he can't live his life with me anymore and I need to pick myself up and move ahead with my life a day at a time. I know we both can and will find love again. It's hard but try to find joy in New possibilities for your life ahead!
