Newby here: Question: If you had nothing going in to a 27 year marriage, if a divorce happens, does it not make since for all debit, assets, buisness, etc all be liquidated, debits paid and proceeds split 50/50?
How can I work with my "husband" of 27 years on a buisness I have control over when hes the one going through a midlife crisis and his feelings for ME have changed. He would rather divorce and run the buisness together instead on selling the buinsess and tring to work on the marriage.
I say "burn it all down, started with nothing and it should end with nothing"
