Covert Passive Narcisistic Personality

I am just reposting this resource.

Another person who also talks about it I found is Dr Ramani on youtube.com

Someone recommend the book on this board to me. And honestly I could not be more grateful to that person for taking the time to do so.

I have dual degrees one in software engineering and one in psychology. I am in the software profession.

And I honestly had so much trouble reconciling whether it was through my psychology training or through logic the confusion or conundrum I was facing with him until I read this book and watched the videos. I pieced together a lot of the stuff over the years but these resources pulled the puzzle pieces together.

It is still hard as I am preparing and getting loved bombed as I do so. But I know am starting to recognize the gas lighting he does and how all this is impacting my external relationships especially the subtle overtones it has on my work environment.

So I am just reposting it and sharing for people who are new comers.

Extremely grateful for the resource that was recommended.

Re: Covert Passive Narcisistic Personality

Angela, I found the book "Prepare to be Tortured" very helpful in dealing with a narcissist. I hade to get a counselor to help me get the emotional strength to leave him. It was SO worth it and now I am very happy and living my best life, one I could never have imagined before. Sending you hugs!
