I think I might be emotionally abused. I want divorce. I have two kids under age of 4. Both of the houses at win our name. We work and contribute same amount of money but everytime I mention divorce he says plan to leave my house.
I would consult with an attorney and start getting your affairs in order. Before I filed for divorce my attorney had me make copies of all financial documents, secure my personal belongings (jewelry, etc.), separate bank accounts, etc.

She told me to open my own bank account and transfer exactly half of our funds over. Do this right before you file.
