Do you mean 'blind love?' Surely, in order to love a person, liking them is part of that? A spouse is meant to be a friend, a confidante, fun, dependable, honest, trustworthy, kind and loyal. Respect, similarly-is a two-way process: How can you like
someone, let alone 'love' them if you don't really like them?!

Being 'in' a marriage-especially if an arranged marriage-doesn't mean that feelings of love will just 'happen.' You have to get to know each other as individuals-your likes, dislikes. Your fears, hopes and dreams. You have to feel respected, listened to. Kindness should be reciprocal. Then over time...maybe love will come.
