I'm struggling with this too. Mine are 14 and 17. The 17 year old has figured it out but my youngest just hopes it's all okay. It's not. I think just reassuring them that you will still be there for them, that it's not their fault, that it doesn't have anything to do with them and continuing to show them love and support without putting them in the middle is the best thing. It's so hard.
