Hi all need some advice. Discovered husband of 25yrs was having an affair. Checking banking records to see what else he was lying about. I earn a good salary he contributes to house bills when he can. Discovered he was funneling money from house checking into his private accounts. May have been going on for years. He did not earn the money.
My question can I recover some of these funds in divorce settlement?

I guess it depends on your state's divorce laws. And you will have to prove that he didn't earn that money. I know with California spouses are entitled to half
