My husband is a child. We do not get along and have only stayed together for the kids and financially. He’s a bully.. because we bought the house with his credit.. (we’re both in deed) but I paid more for the down payment and we have split the mortgage (8 years) however, I pay everything else.. all bills, health insurance, things for our children.. he’s now saying I won’t get the house. Mind you, because of his job hopping, he can’t afford the house but I can ans can keep the kids in the same schools.. can he really not let me get the houSe because we used his credit for mortgage? It’s all unfair.. I just want an amicable divorce and no drama!
