My husband and I have a fight and he called me piece of s_ _t and later apologized.
Is this type of behavior by calling name acceptable even though he apologized?
That’s not the first time he curses at me and always apologizes.
When he apologized he tells me “I am sorry”
And he also say “ I did not meant it”
He have temper issues, he gets angry fast without any reason.
He has said to me when we argue
Dumb S _ _t
R u stupid or what?
Get out from my house

Is this type of behavior grounds for divorce ?
He is very stubborn .
We are both in our 60’s and married for 35 years.
I can’t handle him anymore , he always want to be right
When he says these things I feel that he does not love me or he doesn’t like me.
My daughter worry about me if she does not hear from me at times.
You can divorce for any reason. There is no reason that does or does not allow you to get divorced. If you are unhappy and he speaks to you this way and you do not like it, then divorce him!! It is your life and you do not need to be treated this way if you do not wish too. Goodluck !!
