Why aren't divorce registries more popular?

Asking for help:
I am in the midst of a divorce and trying to get all of my things back east in a quick time frame. My son and I will be living alone again after 6 years. It would be nice to leave many household essentials behind and start with new items to replace the old and give a stronger sense of a new start in life. Not to mention less to pack so I can drive a smaller moving truck across the country.
I never had a wedding registry, a bachelorette party, or even my favorite part about the story of a marriage, the proposal.
So now I’ve made a divorce registry. I am creating a fresh new start for Joel and I am asking for the public’s help in doing so. Honestly, this idea makes more sense to me than a wedding registry anyways.

Purchases can begin to be sent. I have a friend collecting them for me until I can get there in a few weeks.
If you would prefer to make a monetary donation towards our return east, I have Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. My Venmo name is u/Alaska-Jimenez, or click here: https://venmo.com/code?user_id=1705238541107200607&created=1663040379.782321&printed=1 My picture is me in a gorilla suit.

Thank you for reading this. If you would be so kind and pass this along. Your kindness will help my son and I in our transition.
