Hello ladies,
I need help to handle my physco ex. He keeps taking away my daughter on vacation ring my timeshare. I kept quit thinking he will cause trouble when I want to take her. But now that became worst. He takes away during holidays and compensates from school days. He left to india for a month in May to stay with his ill mother. And he keeps saying he is compensating that time and taking away my holiday time.
I need help to stop this guy. Please help me filing paper with court. I’m don’t have an attorney and cannot afford those heavy fees. Please help me advise on how I can put an end to this guy. I’m from fremont California.
