Hi, new here. I am recently separated (1.5 months), and my soon-to-be ex just took his new girlfriend that I knew nothing about on a trip to Florida. He was there for “work”, but he brought her with for some fun, I guess. How did he get close enough with someone in such a short amount of time to bring them on an intimate trip? I was very sick at home, taking care of the kids, and he’s having fun with his new girlfriend?! I know I need to just move on and let it go, but it is so difficult, especially since we live in the same house still. Thoughts?
It's such a sucker punch in the gut especially with children. If you can, move out immediately. It doesn't get better ever with them. Moving away from him at least will not keep the disrespect in you face constantly as the situation is already terribly painful.
