Hello, I just came accros this forum today while helping a friend thru her divorce. She suspects her ex monitors her facebook account and email. So I am asking on her behalf.
She’s going thru a child custody battle for over a year. In that year her youngest child has been sick an unusual amount of times. Aproximately every 3 weeks. She iis under his care. And he doesnt follow docgors advice for proper care. Her lawyer suggested she get a doctor letter for the court where they acknowledge she has had an abnormal or above average numver of illnesses. She’s having trouble getting any doctor to make this letter. I imagine they dont want to get involved in that legal mess.
REGARDLESS, she NEEDS THE LETTER to at least speed up the court date, which has been postponed twice already. For reasons out of her control.
Please help, anybody knows how or what to say or who to go to for that kind of letter.?
