How is everyone going to do it? I feel so incredibly alone. First Christmas without my children. Even though they are young adults this is tearing me apart. I have little family and very very little support. The few friends I have are in another city. I just need to get through the next few days. But dont know how to.

We are here. It's a difficult time to be alone. I suggest that you keep yourself busy with a good book, movie or some kind of arts & crafts activity. Video calling helps.
